Valero is a sponsor for the September 19, 2009 Tour-De-Cure ride in Houston dedicated to finding a cure for Diabetes. Several riders from San Antonia are coming so it is a great way to mingle with the folks you may talk to on a daily basis. Our early bird registration fee of $15.00 will be in effect until June 26, 2009. After this date the fee will go up to $25.00
Here are three options for hotels for the ride. The Summerfield is $89 a night. The Super 8 is $60 for a single and $65 for a double. Both are about 10-11 miles from the start site. (discounts do not include the 17% tax)

There is a hotel that is very close, Best Western Katy Inn and Suites. It is brand new and offers complimentary breakfast. They have offered a $30 discount on the rooms.
